Everyone who works at PACE is more than an employee, they are part of a family who operate with a shared responsibility to protect one another and ensure everyone returns home safe at the end of the day. Our formal, proactive safety program is actively managed by a trained and dedicated staff that consists of two full time safety professionals and a well-trained group of Managers and field employees.
Safety is a primary responsibility of every employee at PACE Construction Company. Each employee has the responsibility to exercise good judgment, habits and to follow all the Environmental, Health and Safety rules that are required by regulation and company policy. A strong emphasis on safety training, expectations and a solid safety reporting structure mandating accountability at all levels allows PACE to create a healthy and safe work environment.
